We have to get ours in month 54, but our IVA was only accepted 2 weeks ago so yours may be different - are you sure it shouldn't have been done in month 40? I've searched all courts plus our names but nothing there. Hope this doesn't mean we really haven't been approved and it's all been one long dream!!!![:D] I'll just keep looking - you never know we may get lucky and slip thru the net. Doubt it[:o)]

Does anyone know how long after IVA approved your name 'goes in lights' ie gets put onto the insolvency register? My creditors meeting was 2 weeks ago but still not on (not that I want it to be lol)

Hi I spoke to our IP about this yesterday and they see it as hubby takes home £2053 p/m, can then earn £205 p/m o/t then anything over that gets split 50/50. Hope this helps.
