Completed a lump sum IVA Feb 2009 and this has fallen off my records but as the monies werent paid until October 2009, some of the accounts show as partially settled in October and not the Feb. Thought no information, defaults etc could show up after the IVA date Feb 2009?

IVA finally fell of records this week, credit report now gleaming, all payts up to date etc, home owner etc but credit rating only showing 6/10 - why is this? Thought it would be 10/10!!

I am coming to the end of my mortgage term and had an % only loan, have about £80000 equity and wanted to re buy but as i am 52, thisis restrictive. I am due about £75000 lump sum @ 60 when i retire, what ar the chances of getting a mortgage for about £60000, 30 of which on an interest only basis...

I have 2 credit cards now, both paid off each month as the par is high but obtained them to improve my credit file as my Iva falls off in February but does this look worse than not having any?

you wont need luck with Mel and her wonderful team. Her record speaks for itself and she would never try if she knew she wouldnt succeed. Sleep tight, you probably still awake from my experience!
