Once your IVA is agreed by the Creditors and placed before the Courts it becomes binding on all, prior to the date of your IVA and they have 6 months to make contact with your I.P without that they have to go along with your IVA

Yes that's correct. The Insolvency Practitioner in question was found no longer to be a fit and proper person to act as an Insolvency Practitioner on foot of my complaint;
