Hi, I've just signed my IVA proposal, they are offering my creditors 50.07 in the £. I'm with FSS, who are pushy, but have been OK. Is this a good amount for my creditors to accept it? My creditors meeting is on 18th January. Worrying now as I have just failed all my payments!

I suppose it is to them as debt help is their business and I bet the first person you speak to is on some kind of commison to get you hooked in.
