Thank you all for your responses. I’ve decided not to go ahead, It doesn’t seem worth it to lie and risk having a failed IVA! Looking into it further, I don’t think I qualify at all for an IVA to be honest. @Sleepybunnie I do wonder if we have been speaking to the same company! Have you gone ahead ...
