Hiya Big Pete and everyone else, I got my letter back from my IP saying that my trust deed became protected on the 10th may. So relieved i must admit. It says on my letter that they will be keeping an eye on incomings and outgoings, does this mean i need to keep receipts for food, dentist and clothi...

Hi, Can anyone tell me why Capital One won't listen to anything i say? They phoned last night and i explained about trust deed process and tried to give my IPs name and number. The lady on the other end kept talking over me and saying that it was me they needed to deal with and no-one else. She was ...

Hiya Pete,
Hope you had a nice time at the weekend.
I live with my parents, so don't own a house. After reading the trust deed, i'm just a wee bit worried that my p in the £ isn't going to be enough.
Thanks for the other information though, its good to know.

Hiya Pete, As i told you last week, i had my meeting with a rep from my IP firm. I got my trust deed proposal in the post yesterday. I've decided to go to the CAB to witness my signing of the document but i noticed that the IP fees were just over £7000, most of the posters on here state about £5000 ...

Hiya Pete,
Thanks for that, my mum said that she did the same when a neighbour witnessed her will. Who was your ip if its not too cheeky? If i have any other questions, can i ask you?
Thanks

Hey, I'm also going for a scottish trust deed, i was wondering if you could help me with something? I met a rep from my IP firm the other day, he said that when i got my deed i had to sign it and have it witnessed. The only thing is its not to be witnessed by a member of the family, the only people ...

Thanks to you too Melanie. I am trying to be nice but to be honest rather than be stroppy i'm more apt to burst into tears. I've just had Bank of Scotland on the phone, I said the same to her as i'm saying to everyone, about sending them the letter of authority etc, when she turned on me angrily say...

Thank you Kerri and Lily,
I think it was when she said I'd made a big mistake in not talking about it with her and then on your own head be it. I owe this company £750, you'd think it was thousands. I'll just keep giving my ips name and number and if i can i'll phone them in the mornings.
