Hi,
I've just had a refund from my IP as I had paid more into the IVA than was owed + fees. My last (72nd) payment was in October and refund was paid last week. They are in the process of issuing completion cert.

Hi Ian,
I noticed a post this week on the forum that mentioned someone being in the final year (equity release) of an IVA not needing to pay extra for overtime or bonuses. Do Freeman Jones operate the same policy? I didn't want to be tying up a phone line to ask the question.

Nice one Clanger.

Does anyone know if the equity release year is the same for all IVA's regarding bonus and overtime payments not being required?

Guys,

It makes a difference when you do the 85% calculation.

If you do it before taking the mortgage and loan off the house value then you get £1447.65.

If you take the mortgage and loan off first then you end up with £6968. This is using the example calculation.
