Thank you for the reply, that’s ideally not what I wanted a payment break as before they lowered my payments but they added the extra year on top to make up for it now I’m paying more I’m still stuck with the extra year.

I’ve asked my managers for lighter duties or come off night shifts and they have refused, they know about my back pain because I pulled my back out at work during helping a resident.
