You can probably count on it happening at most once a month, or at least every 45 days, but the exact date varies by lender. don't require that all lenders submit their information by a certain time each month.

You can pay your creditors to delete charged-off credit cards, delinquent accounts, unpaid bills and any other negative entry from your credit file.

I'd recommend that you access your credit report via all three agencies. Your IVA will stay on your credit file for six years from the day it started. So, if your IVA was five years longer then the record of it will only stay on for a further 12 months after the IVA ends.

Your IVA will stay on your credit file for six years from the day it started. So if your IVA was five years longer then the record of it will only stay on for a further 12 months after the IVA ends.

it is six years from the date of approval. although there is no set length written into the Insolvency Act 1986. In some circumstances, if you can offer your creditors a lump sum in settlement of your debts.
