Thank you Nepensioner, thats really reassuring. Well I spoke to them this morning and they said they wanted the invoices for April 2009 - the present day, which I have asked my old nursery provider for. But now I'm thinking what if they havent paid me right for the whole time?! I'm getting more worr...

Oh right. Its fine with me I have nothing to hide I just think that they could word their letters a bit better as I got really worried about forgetting.

Thanks Skippy. I know when I rang them they asked me wwho my mobile phone provider was as they check credit reference agencies now for Data Protection apparently.

Yeah they are! The number on the letter is permenantly engaged even at wknds when they say they are closed! They said that have stopped paying the Childcare element but I wont find out about the overpayment til next year whenh they do the renewal.

Yes thank you ever so much. It's just the way that they have worded it that makes me think that I am in a load of trouble. I had so much going on in the summer with the girls starting school and they had their tonsils out as well which needed to be sorted that my Tax Credit completely slipped my min...

hi thanks. I called the standard tax credits number again and told them I wanted them to change it and hopefully they have and they will just collect the overpayment which is what i wanted. Its just this letter really sent me into a panic!

Hi I dont know if anyone can help but I am wondering if anyone knows of any home work that I can do. I work part time and have 2 young daughters and just want some extra cash? Most places are asking for money upfront which is a bit odd. Any help of suggestions where I could go would be great. Thanks x
