Thanks Skippy. I know when I rang them they asked me wwho my mobile phone provider was as they check credit reference agencies now for Data Protection apparently.

Yeah they are! The number on the letter is permenantly engaged even at wknds when they say they are closed! They said that have stopped paying the Childcare element but I wont find out about the overpayment til next year whenh they do the renewal.

Yes thank you ever so much. It's just the way that they have worded it that makes me think that I am in a load of trouble. hi thanks. I called the standard tax credits number again and told them I wanted them to change it and hopefully they have and they will just collect the overpayment which is what i wanted. Its just this letter really sent me into a panic!

Hi I dont know if anyone can help but I am wondering if anyone knows of any home work that I can do. I work part time and have 2 young daughters and just want some extra cash?
