I started my IVA in July 2006 and did a early settlement in May 2010 so I would guess that the IVA should now be off my record ? I haven't got as far as that yet. It was an early settlement payment, accepted three years ago.

Hey all.I was unable to speak with my ip as he is on annual leave until next week. I did speak to a lovely lady who was very understanding and helpful.
