Herbekj just call 0844 355 0550 and ask to get it removed. They'll try to fob you off with the on line option but their website is horrendous to navigate through. Especially, when they choose to add the note AFTER the IVA is complete and about to drop of your credit report. I.e. just 2 months before the 6 year period. It's not that I want to take out credit, no way, I just want my file to look at it's best. I may be being a bit emotive, but it means a lot aft...

Agreed Skippy. The IVA has automatically dropped off but the notice of correction will still be on your file in full view of potential lenders. Just a bit annoying when you've done everything right, want to move forward with a nice clean credit file and they sneakily stitch you up

Thanks Andy but the six year rule had past. My IVA was complete in October 2011. The six year rule would be Oct 2012 but the note was still showing on my file today, 3 months after.
