Guys I am now so annoyed with this situation, over the weekend I contacted 2 of potential claims DRSP are pursuing. They confirmed no PPI on accounts and advised I request in writing a letter confirming there is no PPI on either of the accounts. I am hoping this will speed things up, If I can move t...

Me too Andy, I know a lot of people have favourable comments about Cleardebt but I am afraid I am not one of them. The true test of a company is not how they treat the 95% of people who have no issues, but how they step up for the 5% who have problems with their IVA. I have been on the phone with DR...

HI, Finally finished my IVA (last payment April 2014) however I have fallen into the DRSP trap. Originally had a rep from DRSP come to the house well over a year ago and still being held up with the ongoing PPI debacle. You may be aware I have had multiple issues with Cleardebt so April 2014 should ...

Guys just got off the phone with Cleardebt and we finally have a solution. Putting a variation together so hopefully things are looking up for the remaining term of the IVA. Would like to say I have had a good service from David H who has been handling my case recently as he has kept me updated at a...

Just as a side line question, the people who look after your case what are they? I have been calling them supervisors. Or is David my supervisor and the day to day running staff case managers? Can be confusing, when you receive letters they are signed supervisor. Not a dig at anyone just helps when ...

Melanie, David Thanks, I did not want to start having a "slanging" match on a public forum about my case, but it does get to the point where the frustrations just comes to a head. I would like to say since yesterday I have had a very good service from Cleardebt, in particular with the the new "emplo...

And as a final point, if the "customer " is always to blame then explain why my last 2 annual reviews have been "messed up" in some way or another. 2011 review I sent my requested documents and evidence the same day I received the requests for them.(wage slips, bank statements etc.). After a few wee...

David The documentation sent was what was asked for, if it was documentation for the previous year then why use it? Ask for the current versions, that is what I would do. Either way the payslip for March showed final income for the year so even without current p60 the figures are the same. Either wa...

Another point I have asked for this "supervisor" to removed from my case as I have lost any confidence in their ability to manage my case. Which is on the face of it a simple IVA case. I think IVA staff (not all) need to show a bit more compassion and understanding, it ok for them to go home at nigh...

Melanie I spoke yesterday to my supervisors manager (I think) and we had a 10 minute conversation. He instantly saw what was going wrong and said he would look into it. I have sent him the required documents (again)so hopefully I can get it resolved. I am really annoyed by the fact I have been battl...

Just to add I have a lot of other points to mention, but does anyone get to the point where the IVA has been going on so long there are too may details to remember?

And why is the standard reply from IP's we will look into it, do they not realise how stressful these things are?

Guys I am in the 5th year of my IVA with Cleardebt after it was extended 12 months to 6 years due to job change and income drop. I am finding the final year a struggle to maintain payments even after the 15% reduction the IP has allowed. I have sent Cleardebt a revised income and expenditure and pay...

Guys

quick question, I initially went through Thomas Charles so have agreed to the 2 months fees for them. I have paid the first with the 2nd due end of next month. If I decide to cancel the IVA option and go bancrupt am I still liable for the second installment to Thomas Charles?

thanks

Mark

Hi thanks for your advice guys. I think I may look down the bancruptcy route. I understand what you are saying about common interests but I can't expect my partner to be effectivly living on a budget for 5 years when she had no part in the debts. IVA would leave her with no disposable income of her ...

Hi All I am currently starting the IVA process with Wilson Phillips, however I am a little concerned about the way they seem to be lumping my partners income together with mine and creating a I&E form for the whole household. I thought that a I&E form should be created for us jointly and then I woul...
