Evening All, I'm really keen to settle my IVA and make a full and final proposal to PayPlan. Having calculated what I think will be a fair settlement, I'm unable to raise the full amount by using friends and family. I have been speaking to the mortgage advisors that are recommend by others in this f...

Hi,
Does anyone have experience of making an offer and the process of a full and final with PayPlan.
I'd like to know what they are likely to ask from me in terms of any documentation etc to process and hopefully complete an accepted F&F (thinking positive)
Thanks

Evening All, I'm just trying to work out numbers to put forward a F&F offer to PayPlan to propose to my creditors. Since I started my IVA, my payments have been lowered twice due to changes in my personal circumstances, which have always been approved in PayPlan. I've worked out that included the ad...

Hi Everyone, I'm currently in an IVA and the fix term on my mortgage is due shortly. What are the chances of me being able to get a new fix term mortgage with an alternative lender? I am just about to start an IVA but have a car on PCP with Mercedes Benz finance - ideally I don’t want to keep the car as it’s not financially viable.
I am no where near the 50% mark for voluntary termination
Does anyone know if because I’m on an IVA will they take the car back?
