I made my final payment in September 2011. Anyone know how long it takes to get the completion certificate? Ive rung DFD a few times only to be told the same thing over again "It's with our closing team" but they won't say any more that that. [}:)]

It's time for my 4th Review but I've lost my P60, I've called and written to Debt Free Direct asking what I should do about it, But no reply as of yet. Is it really needed? As I don't think I can get a copy of it

Ive just spoke to Coop and the man on the phone said I had no call back booked and the lady I spoke to was wrong the card number is Visa Debit not electron, and its the merchants that are wrong not them, however having looked on the visa website it states that 450875 IS an electron number Has anyon...

Well my Visa Debit card arrived today!
So nice to have a "Proper" debit card again!!

Apparantly it's on the Co-op Intranet for staff that all new applicants will get a Visa Debit instead of Electron from 8th June.. Existing accounts will get one as their Electron cards expire.

Dont know if anyone else has heard, But from 8th June the Co-op will be issuing Visa Debit cards instead of the Electron one on the cashminder account... It was on the forums at moneysavingexpert.com

Hmmmm, I've just had an email from M & S rejecting a payment I'd made on my Electron card. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or it's because it's an Electron but I can't see the full card details to check. I've just had this problem trying to use my Halifax Electron, The order goes through fine...
