we're in my agreement would it state about paying any windfalls or overtime into the iva? as I have read through my agreement and I cannot see were it mentions windfalls or overtime payments I have also had a barrister look at the agreement and he couldn't see anything either .

any creditors that contact you just give them Apertures email address or if you know the name.of your IP.then give them there email any letters you receive scan and email to Aperture.

is the formal complaint with Aperture or the regulator..as I already have a complaint in place regarding the length of time it has taken for the variation since April am I better off escalating that to the regulator as I said in previous reply they have now cancelled the variation again ?
