Hi Ryan. Thanks for being in touch and thanks for your kind words. I feel was if I'm a bit in a void at the moment. Whilst on one hand the journey is kind of finished, it feels a bit of an anti climax at the moment as it'll take more time to see financial clarity. It'd be great to see if I have any ...

<t>Hi all. After posting on here several times about this, that and the other, I can now pass on that my completion statement was ready for downloading bus the Aperture portal. <br/> Last September, after paying my 72nd payment they kept wanting house valuations and I&E's done. I gave them every...

Hi Kristian. Blimey, 84th payment. That's an awful amount of time. I have been told via email that I can't remortgage and they're satisfied with that, but I'm just not convinced by their time frames for confirming I don't owe any further money after the final review. I think the word week should be ...

Hi Kristian. Thanks for your reply and yes, I'm expecting the same bumpy road to completion. Was you last payment in July your 60th or 72nd? I was verbally assured that I wouldn't have to pay any more after the 72nd payment but a week after I sent the 12 payslips and P60 for the final review they se...

Thanks foggy. I thought so but trying to get hold of them to see where I'm at is nigh on impossible. I'm still waiting for a letter to drop on the mat asking for more money even though it's 5 weeks after they said it'd take 4-6 to evaluate the final review. It makes you feel really nervous and there...

Hi kallis3 - thanks for your reply. Yeah, aperture said the same and apologies for not really understanding but does the 3-6 month clock start ticking for the issue of my completion certificate at the date of my last payment or when it reaches the closures team please? Hope that makes sense? Regards...

<t>Hi all. I'm with aperture IVA. I paid my last payment of 72 on 27/08/2019.<br/> I was asked for my last 12 months payslips, P60 etc for the final review. I was told on 27/09 that after receiving all relevant paperwork that the review would take 4-6 weeks to see if I owed any money. I've not heard...

Hi Ryan. I do hope I can relax a bit. It's been driving me mad the past few days to how is, or I, have allowed it to get in a muddle like this. Whilst yes it's my IVA and there's an element of self management to it, I do believe that if you have an IP that they should oversee it and as one company S...

Hi again Foggy. Absolutely mate. I'm paying £202 at the moment and with my part+part mortgage at £817/ month with 147k left and the secured loan at £237/month with 23k left it'll be difficult to remortgage with anyone as the house value is approx 260k. I read in my agreement (and I think I understoo...

Hi there. No as in the original agreement the term was for 60 months extended to 6th year if no equity can be released. The northern rock element, as I've found out this week relates to the ' together' mortgage I believe which I've not got

Thanks guys. It's not a nice position to be in to be honest at this late stage in the process. I did give Aperture all the house valuations, redemption values, incomes etc but they were very casual about it so I don't think it's me not trying to comply, more then trying to reclaim some time through ...

Hi Foggy - so in short, do you agree with me that they're not complying to the rules of the original agreement? It clearly stated the term of the agreement is 60 months then the equity release element should be initiated 'no longer than 6 months before the end of the agreement' which they've more do...

An update after reading my original agreement with Debt Free Direct. It said (roughly) ' no later than 6 months from the end of the term of the agreement a valuation on the property is to made to raise any equity that could be introduced to the iva' or weds to that effect. There's nothing in there a...

Thanks Foggy - you're a star and yes that all makes sense to me. The lady at The Select Partnership was confused but impartial so couldn't professionally comment. As you say, best case is that I can't remortgage and yes I think I would put a complaint in. I'll speak with The Select Partnership on Mo...

<t>IVA with Aperture. Payment number 71 in 3 days so next payment, in my mind should be the last. At the end of year 5 I was told that I wouldn't get a mortgage and no chance of remortgage as was with Northern rock. Last Saturday I get letter asking about contacting The Select Partnership about equi...
