Hi ! With 18 months to go on my IVA I’ve just had a phone call from Equity in Finance saying that Bradford and Bingley have admitted that I had ppi with my ex husband in 1989!! They have said that they can only deal with my half but would I have to pay it all into my plan? I already know the answer....
