Hi all. Checking in used this forum quite a lot when first started my iva in April 2018. My iva story has being very straightforward and easy so far I'm lucky to have a good key worker job. I've had 3 reviews one extra being when I changed job and moved in with partner. My payments increase by £30 a...

Not at all... Lots of people including myself waited to hear the outcome of the creditors meeting. Think the i got the outcome of meeting at the end of the next day (stressful 24 hrs!). Try not to stress too much though. Let us know the outcome :D

Your name being on the V5 doesn't mean you own the car. This is stated on the V5 itself , so as long it states on invoice / receipt when car is bought that it's your parents you can prove the technically isn't yours and not your asset.

With creditfix they asked for 3 months pay slips/ statements. Also latest P60 but they completed review before i had chance to find it. And if you are with CF and they ask you to hand over bank login details you can refuse if you feel uncomfortable

Chase them! I would be inclined to even record phone calls if nothing is being confirmed in writing. Lots of apps for this if you call from mobile phone.

Can I my first review manually as I do not like the idea of a 3rd party accessing all my bank details (even if it is a one off - then the information is 'deleted') Yes you can. Had my review a week or so ago from CF asking for access to statements. I replied with an email explaining i didn't feel c...

I did lots of overtime and had a bonus over the xmas period. I informed CF of this, they asked for a payslip. Emailed copy of payslip expecting to pay 50% over but had reply stating no uplift payment was needed (happy days). Took home an extra 1100 ish too so didn't query it!!! But do keep any email...

Update: Spoke to CF(well several people). They're sending me an email with a I/E form, requesting 3 months wage slips and bank statements. So if you are with CF and would prefer paper copies etc give them a call. To be honest the guy on the phone didn't take much convincing. He explained three times...

I was with debt free direct, until they passed it on to another company. I spoke with the new company who told me my final payment was in February 2019. I have now paid my final payment but my phone was damaged and lost all my numbers and I cant remember the name of the company. They said something...

I was one of those peeps who refused to do the online review. I didn’t contact them about it. I just emailed the docs and phoned to see if they’d been received. The review was eventually completed when I chased nearly a month later as ‘no one had been assigned my case’!! Then a couple of weeks late...

As title.

It's time for my first annual review with Creditfix. As expected they've asked for access to my online banking. I've sent an email stating I do not feel comfortable with this and the fact it was never mentioned during sign up or is it mentioned in my paper work. I await their response! :?
