I'm exactly in the same position - made a f&f offer, sent off my I&E and wage slips along with proof of where the settlement money was coming from and was told it now was with the variation team who would advise me of a creditor meeting date. Then poof - I'm suddenly with Jarvis. I've just got off ...

Spoke to one of the operatives at Jarvis. She said, the variation for f&f will be carried on from where aperture left off. All submitted information to aperture is being forwarded on today and they should have complete case files tomorrow. I'm going to phone tomorrow like the lady said to do. I will...

I gather that some Aperture Staff are crossing over, but this is just heresay. But, hopefully, if true, this will provide a degree of continuity. Jarvis and Aperture have worked together for a while and, hopefully, will have compatible systems. Hopefully so, looks like the boss used to be md of Ape...

Once you have given them what they need they have 21 days to write to creditors with the variation giving at least 14 days notice of the meeting to vote on it. Thanks Lisa. Hopefully they'll stick to that time frame. I'll keep you posted. Thanks Just a quick update, aperture contacted me on Friday ...

Nb They have to call the variaiton meeting within 21 days so one month to 5 weeks is not quite right. Thank you Lisa, so will it be 21 days from the phone call with chap from aperture last week or when they've drafted the variation and sent me a copy? I spoke to aperture this morning and they said ...

Nb They have to call the variaiton meeting within 21 days so one month to 5 weeks is not quite right. Oh really, maybe they don't want me ringing up to get an update. Lol. Lisa, is that 21 days from when I had the phone call with aperture last week or from when they have drafted a variation and sen...

Slightly hard decision as this will mean another variation however if you get it confirmed that the payments will be reduced to £120 then you can make a lower F&F. (bear in mind most IPs firms charge £500 per variation so the creditors might consider that the costs will rise by £1,000 due to two va...

As regards your discussion with he Aperture employee - to be fair it's not up to him to make the decision so it's difficult for him to give any opinion to you. Re F&Fs every case is unique - ultimately it will be up to creditors to decide - the more attractive the offer the more likely it is to be ...

Morning all, I was speaking to my father last night and he said he could gift me £6k to offer as full and final to creditors. In anyone's experience how do these full and final offers go down. If my £120 pm were accepted the 6k would be slightly more than the £120 payments would realise from now til...
