But if the debts are written off after a 6 year period, how do companies have a record of what is still owed to them? My Iva completed 5 years ago meaning a company has to have my records on file for 11years so far

Out of interest how long can/does a supervisor hold your details for once the Iva has been completed? I’m surprised they still had them including all accounts which were in the Iva at the time. They are obliged to retain records for at least 6 years, I believe. I am guessing with computerisation an...

I had an Iva that completed in 2012 and was cleared off of my record in 2013. I have a ppi claim which they are saying will go to my Iva supervisor. But legally my Iva doesn’t exist anymore? How does this work?
