My IVA started in May 2018 and I started off paying £159.12 A month, in 2021 this went up to £282 A month and in May this year they increased it again to £314. My salary has increased slightly but not drastically and my I&E hasn't changed much either. My initial debt was £18000 and is due to end in ...

My iva started in May 2018 and I'm not a homeowner so if my calculation are correct it would end in May 2023.

So would my last payment be in May and then I cancel the standing order or do I wait until the certificate is issued?

I don't see it as an issue for the amounts involved. Is this some sort of salary sacrifice scheme to part fund laptops or somesuch to enable home working (just being nosey) ? Yes, it's based on how much you earn, you look on the Currys website, find something you want then request that amount, whic...

Right. I had to provide mine quarterly when I was with them (a long time ago though). What does it show up as on your payslip? They may question it but I doubt they will worry too much about the amount. It's deducted from pay under 'Tech' which my case handler noticed on the pay slip when I submitt...

You should clear it with your IP but for such a small amount you should be ok. I take it Payplan have seen your payslips during this time?
It started in July last year and my annual review is currently being done. They only asked for my most recent wage slip.

My IVA started in May 2018 and in June of last year I decided to take part in a salary exchange scheme through work, this takes the form of a Currys PC World voucher. In this instance it was for £120 which would be taken from my wage at £10 a month for a year. The first £10 was taken in July and the...

Of my 17 creditors, only two voted. The one I owed most to didn't even vote!

One of my debts was with Everyday Loans, when it came to the creditors meeting they and Santander were the only ones to vote, they both said yes with no modifications.

And that was after I rung them to explain I was entering into an iva, and they said they would reject it.

When I had my first year review last May with Payplan all they wanted was 6 months of wage slips and for me to update my I&E. Nothing else needed and nothing to worry about. They didn't look at my bank statements and when I questioned why they said they don't usually.

Three of my creditors have gone into administration within the last few weeks, would this affect my IVA in any way or do I continue paying the same amount?

I know I have to declare extra income but do I need to call my IVA company to tell them how much or can I just amend my payment details to reflect the extra income? I have already worked out how much extra I need to pay.

I thought if a creditor didn't vote by the deadline then their vote is given as what the majority voted for. In my case only two of 12 creditors voted and they both approved it so the rest are declared as approved.

Of all my creditors, 15 in total, only two actually voted in the creditors vote, one was a credit union and the other was Everyday Loans, both said yes to the proposal.

Yeah so I'm not really sure why they need it. After my first year review I got a letter from the chairman's report saying they estimate it to be 2.9%.
