My o2 mobile is on its last legs my 2 year old daughter loves to drop it x I doubt I will get credit for a new one, what does everyone else do? I surf the net alot and like apps and Netflix etc

Can I ask what are the guidelines that iva companies work off for living expenses such as food shopping, emergency savings etc or is this done out of things you save from allowance
