i just got a letter from them too my iva finshed last year, my iva is still on experian too i told them its finished and they said there records say its not even though i have my c of c

hi my iva is completed in march 12, i have my c of c but now my ip is sending me a form to claim on ppi saying it could help to pay off my iva ?? should i just ignore it or am i supposed to claim for creditors still

checked my report the iva still showing up and 1 default the 6 years was up in 20th nov

also people reading this still in iva i had 5 very hard years thought it would never end but it as and im now debt free, just keep going there is a light at the end of the tunnel its worth it in the end good luck to all

thanks for advice i rang them today they told me payment hadnt gone out of my account because my iva had finished but it would take probaly 2 month to check if id missed any payments or had any additional income in last 5 years then they would get back to me is that right way ??

hi, my iva is due to finish on 1st nov 2011,but in my final review my ip said they need to extend it for 6 months due to having to pay back additional income ie overtime,as a result i now phone my ip every pay day to let them know how much ive earned, my question is after 1st nov am i still required...

hi melanie thanks for reply, im with ideal debt solutions the women on the phone told me its obtaining credit which i cant do,she said could i borrow of mum and dad but they old dont work so not a option, its wasnt my ip i spoke to but a women on the phone should i try writing to them ?
