Thanks Jasmin.75,

Hopefully I will receive a similar email sometime this year once I've raised sufficient funds to cover the final payment.

Hello Jasmin.75 is this the actual completion certificate or just an email confirming its on it's way. As we know Aperture are not to be trusted with anything!

Good Luck! They didn't even start my review until the last couple of weeks in November nearly 5 months after making last scheduled payment at the beginning of July then requested further payslips on top of the ones I provided for the final review, then 1 month later after many phone calls wanting to...

It's due to overtime worked I would say in the last 12 months but they also asked for a payslip from August 2018 and a payslip from the end of July 19 even though my last scheduled payment was the 1st of July 19. I haven't spoke to them yet as I'm trying to raise the funds because this has already g...

What are my options I don't have £1845 sitting in my bank account to pay them in one lump sum and I really don't want this to drag on any further than it already has, thought I would ask on here first before trying to contact them on the phone because A. it can take ages to get through and B. after ...

Is there an email address to contact my IP Sabrina Mcgurk as I wish to send a complaint directly to her because I have no faith in Aperture acting upon the complaint I've sent them.
Cheers

Thanks for the messages of support but it really doesn't feel like I'm at the end because of my past dealings with Aperture and there incompetence I just know this is going to drag on for sometime yet, after what I was told today by them I'll be lucky to see a completion certificate before June 2020!

Thanks for the reply, the stress and worry of entering into an IVA pales into insignificance when compared to the frustration and heart ache having to deal with Aperture they are a truly horrendous company to deal with and really shouldn't be asked to trade!

It was my 84th in my case, I had a 12 month extension due to not being able to get a mortgage for the equity release however due to no one from aperture bothering to contact me 6 months from the end of my final year requesting this I then had a series of cockups from them where they actually told me...
