Thanks Foggy - original debt was around 29k.
Currently due to repay 22p / £.
I'm not really sure how F&F offers work (never dreamt we were going to be in position to suggest one!).
Do they have to call another creditors meeting to approve / decline it?

I started an IVA in December 2017 - first payment was 1st Feb '18 (so only made 2 payments so far) currently paying £177 a month. Therefore another £10,266 due if I carry on paying monthly. A family member has said they may be able to help me out with £6-7k to close the IVA- do you think a F&F offer...

I entered an IVA in December 2017 (yes only a couple of months ago) Since them life has changed quite dramatically - first I got a new full time job, previous job was part time and paid less hourly so i'm now earning about £500 a month more than before. I contacted stepChange and we completed a new ...

I have the "standard conditions for IVA - produced by the IVA forum, revised June 2016." I have found 2 paragraphs which I think are relevant to this: - any "overtime, bonus, commission or similar" you must report anything over 10% of your normal take home pay. 50% of the amount (over and above the ...

Thank you - has anyone ever been asked for fuel receipts? I have bills/invoices for all the other 'big' expenses - but have never bothered keeping fuel receipts. As far as I can see though we are well within in the guidelines at about £100 per month...
Just wondering if I should start keeping them...

Hmm.. I did think that may be the case. The annoying thing is that we were paying the childminder £220 a month while the clubs are only going to be about £100 a month (I have all my old invoices so I may send them in as an example of what the alternative is!) If worst comes to worst I will just have...

Thanks Foggy, we're pretty much at the guidelines for most of these although we do come under on a couple so i'm hoping it will be acceptable! *fingers crossed*

In the process of filling out my I&E and was wondering if anyone had any advice on my childcare situation. Basically our debt has been building over a number of years but it all came to a head this summer as my childminders circumstances changed (completely beyond her control) which meant she could ...

Hello folks - I've just registered with the forum but I have been doing a lot of reading on here over the last couple of months - so would like to thank you all for giving me the courage to finally face up to the fact I need to enter an IVA! I am just about to fill out my I & E form and was wonderin...
