Just thought I would update you. IVA was accepted yesterday with no modifications that affect me!! Can't not tell you how relieved I am.

Quick question. I have spoke to my IP and he has advised that 2 of my creditors (Low value payday loans) haven't responded with a vote but have put a claim in.

Does this mean they are accepting the proposal?

Thanks Michael. This was my concern, however I can't keep up with the contractual payments they are wanting hence why proposing the IVA. Main creditor is HSBC with loan, credit card and overdraft. Overall debt is around £33,000 and proposing to pay £358 for 26 payments then £478 once my HP on car ru...
