Congratulations on the completion, enjoy your debt-free future :D Thank you. 2018 is going to be an awesome year. I can finally move forward with the next chapter of my life & forgive myself now for getting into debt in the first place. It was a very painful lesson to learn & one that won't be repe...

Re job --- after the issue of the completion certificate Payplan have no interest in your affairs save for PPI or anything that existed during the IVA if they come to light -- lottery wins, inheritances and the like. Thanks Foggy. That's reassuring to know. Yay I can't wait to start earning proper ...

It's great to hear they issued the Completion Certificate quickly. All the best Thanks Ryan. I know Payplan get a grilling on here but in my case the IVA has been very straight forward/painfree. I only heard from them annually at review. I never missed a payment & my circumstances re: I & E never c...

Well done on gettig your CC. 1) Now that I've got the CC can I sell my house without any repercussions re:IVA? ie they won't want a cut of my equity so I then don't have any deposit money to buy in the future with my partner! Get Payplan to confirm that they have released the charge on the title de...

Hi Guys & Gals, after all my panicking back in August re: thinking I'd sabotaged by IVA I've just received via email my completion certificate from Payplan. I had to do a 6yr in total IVA in leiu of owning a house with 5yr + 12 month extension. My IVA finished on 30/09/2017 & I thought it'd take age...

*******UPDATE***** My IVA company (PayPlan) contacted me today via automated text. They wanted me to book in for my annual review! To say I was pooping my pants was an understatement, bearing in mind my original post last week! I bit the bullet so to speak & called them only to find out that I didn'...

Hi Benjiboo1, I sincerely hope it doesn't go against me. I'm now pooping my pants about it! I feel sick to the pit of my stomach at the thought of my IVA failing because of thus & my Lloyds Bank current account overdraft. I can ask my other half to clear both the overdraft & Next account. Its approx...

You have been sailing close to the wind, but seem to have got away with it. The o/d might well be sanctioned by Payplan, as up to £500 is permissible (though not recommended as this limit is usually taken up by utilities, car insurance and the like). The Next account is a different matter, but, bei...

Thanks for your reply Kallis3/Foggy. I've totally freaked/spooked myself out about this. Surely if I wasn't meant to have the overdraft facility then Payplan (who've seen 5yrs worth of bank statements over the years from me at annual review) would of told me off & insisted I pay it off/close the ove...

<t>I'm now in panic/fear mode please help!!!! I took out an IVA with Payplan on 28/9/2011 & I had to do 5 yrs + 12 month extension in lieu of remortgaging my property. My IVA is due to complete on 28/9/2017. I've never missed a payment & payplan only contacted me yearly for our annual review...
