Hi,
I completed my IVA back in March 18 with my Completion Cert received in May 2018.
I’m still showing on the Insolvency Register. How do I get this amended to reflect my current situation.
Thanks x

I have completed my IVA and received the completion cert.
I now seem to be getting hounded by a PayPlan authorised partner who wants to review my mortgage payments.
I do not want to do this. Is it something I am obliged to do?
Thanks in advance

Thank you both! My offer was accepted - can’t believe this is over :D It has taken 9 long months to get to this point with PayPlan but now it’s over, just need to wait for my cc. This forum has been fantastic, thanks for all your help. Being able to read others experiences has been invaluable. To an...

So it’s my f&f mtg tomorrow, I feel sick I so want this to be over!
I have steadily increased my payments from 25/100 to 50/100 over the last 4 years. How likely is it that my creditors will make any amends and what kind of amends are they likely to be?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks Foggy. I was unemployed at the time of starting my f&f. I have since got a temp job which ends in March. I’ve been told I need a new review as I’m now earning and this needs updating on my file but I can’t get a meeting with my case office till March by which time i’ll be unemployed again so ...

I started my F&F proceedure in June 2017, I have fully complied with their requests for extra documentation and have heard nothing since Aug 2017.
This is unacceptable, I want to make a complaint. What’s to best way to go about this?

Hi Paul, I'm afraid I can't offer much advice. I'm in the relatively early stages of making my f&f offer. I'm currently awaiting my proposal write up. I've been told that the whole process including hearing/conclusion date takes 3months (really hope this isn't a lie). I have to say I've found Paypla...

Hi Paul, Sorry you're experiencing such a poor service from Payplan. I'm not sure about the process but believe you can file a complaint against the IP. I've read that this often speeds up the f&f. I'm sure if you trawl through some of the posts on this thread; information on how to do this will be ...

As part of my f&f proposal my IVA provider wants me to provide proof of home and mobile phone payments, car tax and insurance payments.
Is this normal? Will they want proof on all expenditure items?
Thanks

Thanks Lisa, do you think the current tax year is sufficient or would they need previous years?

As I own property I've been asked to submit my tax return as well as my PAYE tax proof as part of the documentation for f&f.
Is this required as HMRC are a creditor or does everyone in this position have to do this?
Thanks

Should be about 6 weeks from putting offer to IP to date of creditors meeting/answer. How are you getting on? Hi Lisa, My mum put her offer in writing about a week ago. I uploaded all documents requested 2 working days ago. I've not had any confirmation from Payplan on receipt of these docs. I have...
