Question regarding surplus you need to pay for 3 years in bankruptcy, is it same calculations/allowances as on IVA, or is it different??? Cheers!

Thanks Michael, decided to start DMP, wait for a bit to get Tesco credit "older" and than apply again. Received Chairmans report and MBNA/Barclaycard//Santander/BOS all voted in favour, 52% in total!

Rejected by Tesco, the main and only reason is that the biggest loan is brand new and they cannot see my circumstances change...Tough but decided to go with DMP for few months and try another IVA later on probably...
