We did tell the truth but was just asking the question as it doesn't show the IVA on my credit file. So if I was able to go straight to the bank wouldn't have to pay a broker to do it for me. Saving money

Yeah hopefully not. Are they allowed to do that without giving us the option in the first place or even explain it? Would that mean if so we would have no choice but to do that or could we contest it . Don't understand how they would put us another£33000 in debt or be allowed to.

We can't remortgage so are offering a secured loan over 13 years which what they want back amounts​ to £33000 . So basically add another £33000...
