Just a warning I knew someone who was in a similar position who was offered this kind of deal. She paid her fee and as Andy suggested they were unable to find anyone to offer the loan even though the broker had given her repayment schedule. She relied on it so much when another company suggested tha...

Hi everyone I'm not sure there is anyone on here who remembers me but I used this forum as a life line (& the BR forum) for best part of a year 2 years ago. I certainly recognise some names on here and had the pleasure of meeting some of you when you came to my neck of the woods. I just wanted to po...

Still in a lot of pain I'm afraid. I'm just wrestling with myself as to whether I should go back to work on Monday or call for the doctors for the sick note. I don't like taking time off work but I dont think they can afford to carry anyone over the next few days. I'm just so worn down by being in p...

Thanks all I did get some strong pain killers and some other tablets to disolve in water 5 times a day. I refused a sick note cause I'm hoping to be better by Monday as we have our graduation ceremonies next week and I look forward to giving out the certificates. I'll just have to see how it goes an...

Hi All I'm off work at the moment with shingles so I thought I'd pop on to catch up with my friends. This forum gets bigger and bigger every time I come on here. I'm sure we could win some record for being the biggest if not the best forum. Hope everyone is well? I thought I was coping really well e...

Last christmas my girls were 8 & 6 (although the youngest went 7 on Boxing Day) I bought them brand new Mamas & Papas dolls prams on Ebay for a fraction of the price I'd seen them anywhere else. They had dolls from a couple of years previous that they hadn't played with for a while so I just asked s...

Thanks guys - I don't feel like I have loads of energy but I am a bit sad and quite enjoy my job and studying as much as I enjoy my family. Dee PS and I'm off the prozac, cold turkey. It does mean I cry at the slightest thing (I even cried when a little girl in my daughters dance class was awarded a...

I have recently embarked on a new 2 year course which should see me acheive a Foundation Degree (looks like I could get that cap & gown before my daughter) I'm also just finishing an IT course ...
