Hi I would just like to empasise that there will be a solution out there for you, Just make that 1st step in calling someone and even with that 1st phone call you can feel like you have had a weight lifted from you. Just make sure you do a lot of research so you can make the right decision for you xx

Hi This seems really odd to me, i have got an account with them and never had any issues (i am in a IVA) apart from when they asked me if i wanted to upgrade. If you do not feel happy with this company then i would suggest giving a few others a call, there are plenty of great companies out there (for example Melanie on this site) that will not charge up front fees and will make you feel a lot more comfortable

Hi Guys I ave tried to do this but the problem with Natwest is that when they upgrade you they do a check on you. And if you are in an IVA it comes up on their system that you are bankrupt so do not allow you to have the account. They may be able to give it to you if you prove that you are in an IVA...

I think the probelm they will have is the age of the debt as i think i am correct in saying that a lot of companies wont approve an IVA unless the debt is over a certain age (around 12 months) I may be wrong but i am sure i have seen that somewhere
