the IVA will not effect anyone else and the IVA will stay on your file for 6 years from the start date and will drop off after that

I know it seems silly but i dont want to phone as i always get through to the call centre staff and they are never very helpful and it always takes me about 5 phone calls until i get hold of the right person... then just get stressed

Mine wasnt set up as 100p to the pound but due to changed circumstances this is what i will be paying back (i was very lucky with a job)

Just wanted to add i was the same i hadnt missed anything, i didnt even stop paying while i was going through the process (as i was not advised of this... god i wish i found this forum 1st) and my IVA was approved with no modifications

I am going to ask for a figure for a F & F off my IP,when i get this figure but then wanted to pay it 6 months after recieving it do i take off the payments that i have paid within that 6 months?
