Hi Andrew,thanx for replying,I will check to see if existing mortgage is portable,but when i did phone them to try and get new mortgage everything was going fine till they did credit score and it came back failed and they wont lend me anything so i doubt i will get mortgage with anyone unless paying...

Hi I completed my IVA 18 months early in March 2010. I want to move house,selling my property and buying a property elsewhere due to moving location at work. Is there anyway I can get a mortgage to do this? Ive not defaulted on my current mortgage,now got no debts and never missed payments on my IVA...

Hi thanks for reply,i agree with what you have said.If i paid 12 monthly payments and get 13 pay days then i can understand their calculations but i am paying 13 payments a year so they are still getting same amount. Hi i would like some advice please. Im in an IVA and have been for nearly 2yrs.I've been doing lots of overtime to pay back as much as i can and send a copy of my payslip with an accompanying cheque for 50% of overtime,bonus etc. I get paid every four weeks and send a cheque (every four weeks) for 5...

Noticed advert on side of forum,you can apply for loans and the typical APR is 183.2%!Very bad!
Example: Loan amount: £300
56 weekly repayments of £9

You say it doesn't cost us a penny,but it does as nothing is free and it is only really giving the creditors and IP's some sort of guarantee of payments if something did go wrong for a limited amount of time.Sorry to be cynical but its a product from an insurance company!

hi the equity is estimated at £12.000.So would you say that i would need to offer something in the region of £30.000?I've paid just over £10.000 and in my annual review £5.000 has been paid to my creditors,so would i need to find about £25.000 and that would make it £30.000 to my creditors!? Hi thanks for replying, yes i am a property owner and remortgage in fourth year under the agreement of the IVA.
I was just wondering what sort of figure would be acceptable by the creditors.

Hi been in an IVA for just over a year,paying 53p in the pound back.I owe a total of £42000.00.I've paid just over £10000.00 into my IVA,just under £5000.00 has gone to the creditors,which is shown in my annual report. Hi thanks for your reply.Yes overtime is available at the moment so getting it while i can and put into my IVA.
Yes my supervisors fee is £900 so does that mean from now on all money paid less £900 (supervisors fee) goes to my creditors each year?
