Youre not kidding about being a shock specially as its just a standard statement, no mention of just being for information only and even asks for the full balance to be paid by 22nd May 2009, although no interest is being added.

Hi all, I have been in my IVA since September 2007 and all is going pretty well. Thanks Melanie,

I wish I was in line for a gift like that, but i was just interested to see if a gift such as that could be classed in another way, and as you state maybe it can. Is there any uppper limit on cash gifts?
