Will do!!

Luckily I have some savings, so it would be no problem to pay six months upfront and I am even willing to give bank statements to confirm my savings!

I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed!!

But surely thats illegal to mark somebody as bankrupt when their not? Besides, most decent letting agents do reference checks! We're going to offer our current landlord as a reference as well as offer up the IVA statements (to show that they're up to date) and also copies of bank statements. Hopeful...
