how many hours do you work just to meet iva payments on average, my hours are up and down like a yoyo, because i do regular overtime practically guaranteed cos im a lorry driver when i took out my iva my ip counted an average of my last 3 months payslips to calculate my income. ps i work an average ...

when i asked my ip for a reducn of 15% under this clause due to a rise in rent of £25 per week, he told me he would have to extend my iva to cover this, why ?

was told when i took out iva that if expenses went up payments would be reduced by a corresponding amount. last year my wages rose by approx. £90 pcm but our rent went up by £110 alone but they still refused to let me reduce the payments by the 15% allowed without a further creditors meeting. yes they dont seem to understand my pay structure as a hgv driver,my wages are up and down like a yoyo depending on the hours i do, varies between 55 and 65 per week, and when on holiday on get paid for 48 hours. leaving me 15o pounds down on a average week. hi everyone, we have been in our iva for 18 months,making payments of 380 pcm on total debts of around 16000,leaving a dividend available to creditors of about 72%,we are behind on payments a total of 260, our ip has given us 6 months to clear arrears, or he says our iva may fail, comments please

found them to be a nightmare,making payments of £390 per month on debts of £17500, behind on payments of £260,been in iva now for 18 months and saying arrears gotta be cleared in 6 months or else..NIGHTMARE.. on top of that never even spoke to my IP once
