was told when i took out iva that if expenses went up payments would be reduced by a corresponding amount. last year my wages rose by approx. £90 pcm but our rent went up by £110 alone but they still refused to let me reduce the payments by the 15% allowed without a further creditors meeting. hi everyone, we have been in our iva for 18 months,making payments of 380 pcm on total debts of around 16000,leaving a dividend available to creditors of about 72%,we are behind on payments a total of 260, our ip has given us 6 months to clear arrears, or he says our iva may fail, comments please

found them to be a nightmare,making payments of £390 per month on debts of £17500, behind on payments of £260,been in iva now for 18 months and saying arrears gotta be cleared in 6 months or else..NIGHTMARE.. on top of that never even spoke to my IP once

thanks for response,thats all been done but still getting letters. am ready to go ballistic with them as i believe they are breaking the conditions of an iva.
