Thanks guys but as someone said to me, we all have one thing in life and that is that we will all peg it at some time, its just my time has come earlier than i anticipated. Thanks for the advice I will get on to my IP monday morning.

Hi I have just been told that I have terminal Cancer, I only have 16 months left on my IVA and it looks like i will be ok to the end of the IVA. However if I am not and cant continue to work or peg it before its paid off who will be responsible for paying it?

I am 18 months into my iva and have just been disgnosed with brain cancer. I have informed the people i have my iva with and will be having treatment. What happens if you pass away during the time of your iva. Does soemone then have to pay on your behalf eg partner, parents etc etc

When i took out my IVA i lived on my own, I have since moved to live with my mum. Does this mean that her house is black listed

my IVA states that any windfall over £500 has to be given to the IVA. My tax rebate was £595. Do i pay all of that or just the amount over the £500.

If you get a tax rebate do you have to pay it all into your IVA or is it classed as overtime and you only pay 50%.

I have a IVA and am current taking my employer to court for unfair dissmissal. If i win a large some of money can i clear my IVA before the 5 years are up or do i have to continue to pay it even if i have covered the total amount i owed in the first place.
