IM IN AN IVA BUT SOME CREDITORS KEEP PUTTING INTEREST ON THE BALANCE SO HOW ARE YOU TO PAY THIS OFF

anybody no how much roughly to put down on expenture form for household/food currently down for 450 but what with prices going up just dont want to go too steep

i am in an iva and have got to update my expenture now my mortgage has gone down with the interest date but am concerned if i alter this it could go up again so do i need to change it and then if this does happen contact them

i am currently in an iva one of the creditors that didnt vote is threatning me with court action can they actually do this as an iva has been set up they have sold this debt to another company i have told them i am in a iva but still keep hassling me

my iva was excepted in feb one of my creditor
that didnt even bother to vote are now threatning court action how does this work as they were included in my proposal

in my iva in the fourth year i have to remortgage if possible currently owe 107000 on mortgage and 10000 on loan what would my house need to be valued at to remortgage

recieved chairmans report 92.1% acceptance only creditor that rejected was capital one

iva approved no increases in payments will let you know more when chairmans report comes through

iva accepted no pay increases but usual mods if any bonuses to hand over 50% plus to release any equity in fourth year if available will post more when results come back

getting very nervous now meeting is approaching but staying confident will be at work when they phone but will be able to take call
