Yes it's with the clydesdale Bank and I'm sure it was an Extract Decree that was served. (would have to double check) I also have an outstanding credit card with them £1,300 and also an overdraft £800 (All with Clydesdale Bank) I got into bother with them when I was overseas! It's been such a nightm...
