When my IVA looked to be failing last year (which indeed it technically did ... but a planned fail) ... I wont bore you with the details but 'our' plan of action (which was akin to Reviva's advice of "putting ones duck in a row") was to set up a new IP (which I did) to actively miss my IVA payments...

debbie i am so sorry to read your posts as i too had a terrible time with synergi, i did complain to the regulatory body but they found in their favour, i really do think you should complain about the way they have treated you, regarding your household expenditure to be rearranged to suit creditors...
