I was not pointing but advice is free and the assests of the house is the best assest (all debts would be free)hi Skippy yes i dont no Savanna disability and perhaps i was wrong. i just don't want someone to full into the IVA Trap when there debts can be sorted via property.

Hi I have just contacted http://www.insolvencyhelpline.co.uk/ and was told that under an IVA all moneies are paid into a high interest account and after the 5 years all monies are paid to creditors and IP'S. I aks about p_h and his situation and the guy could not understand why his debt had expanded...

Hi
I quiet agree you have to do what is right for you today we went shopping £67.00 and some items were buy one get one free we never went over the top. Eveyone makes up there own mind in which way they want to go but i feel that all IVA'S will have to change there practice.
