Perhaps I'm being naughty here, its seems a very grey area but why don't you set up a new basic bank account and just pay your profit from ebay into that, your IP won't know you have the account so you don't have to show any statements.

I was given the same advice as well by my IP, I cancelled all the direct debits, opened a new bank account with a different bank, then made sure my mortgage and utility bills were then paid as everything else was included in my IVA.
