back again with another silly question. would creditors accept the 40k if it were to come from our half of a sale on the house? we could probabl;y raise 45k but owe our parents 5k for new windows out in as our previous ones were rotting. we have kept receipts. is this possible or will they want more...

thanks..yes it does say we are adding the six months by way of purchasing the equity.. i will let you know how it all goes anyway.

kaz, i'm new too and wish i had found this site before commencing my iva, i found a company who were great at the set up stage but not so good with ongoing customer service, so i would definately recommend checking out feedback from iva.com!
