Checking on details, the account was opened and closed before the IVA. Would this make any difference???

Was there any news on the Green Vs Wright test case that was due to be heard on 16th Nov? (this was the test court case relating to PPI refunds after an IVA has satisfactorily completed)

I've recently received a letter from Barclays saying they have miss sold me PPI on my overdraft. Barclays were not part of my IVA so should I try and claim it? or would it just get given to my creditors?
IVA was completed 18 months ago by the way.

Kallis3 - thats exactly what I did last time. should I keep on writing to them or is there another route I should approach?

bit of an update: Having wrote to Egg and Cahoot, both have disappeared from my Experian report (and my score has rocketed), but when checking on other reports such as Noddle, Cahoot is still showing as in default. Their default date is 18 months after my IVA was set up. Any advice on who to contact...

thanks for confirming what I thought! yes payments were missed before the IVA was set up, and they never received an y more from me directly once it was set up.

All records of it have now gone from my credit report except for Cahoot who keep trying to tell me that it stays on my record from the date I missed payments with them not the date the IVA started.
