I made a complaint to CF a few weeks ago for a very similar request that I been chasing and chasing since November.

Once the Compliance Team became involved it was sorted out very quickly.

I haven’t got any assets so if I did have to declare BR the creditors would not get anything anyway. By disposable income is under a tenner.

Lord knows, how I would get the BR fees together but that’s a worry for another day.........
