Just wanted to share and give others hope for post IVA. I’ve had a basic account with Nationwide for about 10 years, first when I started a DMP and then throughout my IVA. The account has served me very well. My IVA finished in March 2018 and dropped off the CRA’s in April 2018. I haven’t done anyth...

Hi Nutty,

I made a complaint to CF a few weeks ago for a very similar request that I been chasing and chasing since November.

Once the Compliance Team became involved it was sorted out very quickly.

Good luck

Hi All, So, I’ve finished my IVA after 6 long difficult years. I got the completion certificate from CF on Thursday last week and a copy in the post today. This forum has helped me so much over the last few years. I’ve sent a copy of the certificate to each of the 3 CRA’s as CF suggested. I’ve been ...

I know I was a bit surprised to put it mildly - especially going on past performance. They said I should either print off the certificate and it gives the addresses of the 3 main CRA’s or wait until the original comes in the post (which had been sent 1st) and photocopy it. It just seems a bit too go...

I’ve read through the email quite a few times now to make sure! And I’ve had a 2nd email that says the creditors have accepted the variation and the ‘arrangement has been successfully closed and completed on 7 March 2018’ There is a completion certificate - one page with my name and adress on. Also ...

I haven’t got any assets so if I did have to declare BR the creditors would not get anything anyway. By disposable income is under a tenner.

Lord knows, how I would get the BR fees together but that’s a worry for another day.........

Just an update in the hope it might help others in choosing an IP. (I did not choose them - was transferred over from PJG). CF have eventually replied and sent me an ‘amended’ variation document which now includes a short paragraph about my change in circumstances. It also states that the Supervisor...

Still no response from CF as to why no reason for variation is included in the ‘pack’ sent to creditors. I’ve been to see the Debt Advisor at CAB this morning and she was ‘surprised’ that I was not contacted by CF after my initial email in November to request further information/evidence relating to...

No, there is absolutely nothing on the paperwork, except for a request for the IVA to be closed early and a request from CF for £300 for calling the variation meeting.

I have emailed CF but they aren’t great at replying

So, after initially contacting Creditfix in November 2017, I have at last been advised today that they have requested a variation meeting on 7 March to ask my creditors to accept payments made to date as full and final settlement (I have made 48 payments so far). On the papers I have been sent, that...

Yes, thats exactly what they’ve done - added things in like car tax (which I don’t pay as my car is exempt),meals at work (which I don’t have) and dry cleaning (which again I don’t use). I’m more perturbed as why they’ve missed my daughter off the number of people in the household. I think I’m just ...

My circumstances have recently changed, I notified my IP and they have asked that I complete a new I&E form. They have emailed me a copy of my current I&E but it’s been amended from the one I sent in July for my annual review. Which was accepted at the time with no comments or changes. The main thin...
