We were with ClearStart for 2 years and also received a letter of resignation from our IP last week. It also advised us of the appointment of 2 new IPs. Have to say I am really diappointed as I had only heard good things about our IP. It does seem very one sided that we have no control over the situ...

Carl - we are self employed (also catering) and have been in our IVA for almost 2 years but we never had a face to face meeting with anyone when the IVA was set up - should we have done?? It was never mentioned at the time.
