Yeah I thought they would, it said something on the certificate about it not being their responsibility to notify credit agencies. So thought I'd send them a copy incase but will see. Is there anyone you can phone to see if you are off the Insolvency register or do you just have to check credit repo...

My case officer emailed me saying the IP is going to look at my case next week and decide if my certificate can be released. I seem to remember from a previous issue that the IP is only present once a week at Payplan. Just wish I would of signed a firm pre IVA closure but I wasn't aware of Green vs ...

Hello, Sorry for duplicate post, I asked a question originally and it's since been posted. Thanks for your help, I will phone that number tomorrow and see where I get. They've since advised me to wait until 3 months are up since final payment and then a supervisor will review whether to release my c...

They said they could send a letter but I asked her is this sufficient to send to credit agencies and she said no. So it's not going to be much use or remove me from insolvency register. I said no to the letter then. They keep asking me why do you need it? Which I find a really insulting question, I'...

I've just got off the phone to payplan, they're unwilling to do anything saying it's nothing to do with them (so they say) and the court case has been put back until may from originally January. They said they could send me confirmation that it's all been agreed and official but that's no use as it'...

Hello, I've just been off the phone Payplan who informed me that I apparently have a court case with somebody in May regarding claiming PPI. I'm quite upset that it's taking so long to sort this out, I had my creditors meeting at the end of November and final payment was received on the 3rd December...

Okay, so the deed of assignment is so the creditors are entitled to claim PPI after the completion certificate has been completed?

Just reading up about them and people seem to be saying they're complicated I.E wording and people not sure whether to sign them or not?

I don't think they will give me my completion certificate until they claim PPI as they have to distribute this between all the creditors and then issue it unless I'm wrong? They mentioned it on the phone before I had my final creditors meeting and said they would send paperwork in the post or someth...

Hi all, I made a payment to payplan 3rd December it cleared for a full and final. I kept being told a few months for my certificate, I've just got off the phone to payplan and one of them let slip that I have a court case in May for PPI.
