Hello, Just looking for a bit of advice.... I completed my IVA November 2015 and have a couple of credit cards which are being paid off whilst I save for a house deposit. I have checked my credit file with Checkmyfile and this shows a CCJ with a date of 04/02/2014 and a discharge date of 03/02/2015....

Hey, I completed my IVA Oct 2015 and have been advised that the SHL PPI searches have been completed. When I spoke to Aperture they have advised that I have to contact the creditors where a refund has been received into the IVA to then request back the 8% interest, however Aperture will not confirm ...

Today is another good day, name has been removed from the Insolvency Register #128518;#128518; Another month to go for the IVA to be removed from my credit files.
Very happy.
